For sports, cheer & band
One home for the team’s pages, picture day, and the money.
Athletic teams, cheer squads, marching band, and the league or booster clubs behind them run four jobs at once: the yearbook pages, picture day, a fundraiser, and selling program ads. Homeroom puts them on one platform, with one roster — facial recognition off by default, and a photo offered for sale only when permission allows.
This page lists what is live today, and pills anything still in early access rather than pretending it ships.
Everything the program juggles, in one place
No more stitching a yearbook tool to a picture-day vendor to a fundraising site to an ad seller, then reconciling four rosters that quietly disagree. One student list, one set of permissions, one system. All of this is live today.
The team’s yearbook pages
Build the season’s spreads in a real desktop-class book builder — the roster grid, the action galleries, senior night, the banner unveiling, and the game-by-game recap — with real layers, version history, and undo. Hand the finished pages to the school’s book, or print a team book of your own. Shipped
Picture day for the whole roster
Team, squad, and individual photos run through a picture-day pipeline where face matching is off by default — and when a parent opts in, that face data stays on our own private system and is destroyed when consent is withdrawn. Your athlete’s photos are never sold, and a photo is offered for sale only when a family’s permission allows it. Shipped
A fundraiser where the whole gift goes to the school
Run the team or booster fundraiser through a lane built so the whole gift goes to the school — not skimmed by a middle layer. Families see the goal, the running total, and exactly where each dollar lands. Shipped
Program ads & sponsor sales
Sell the program-book ads and season sponsors the way a yearbook staff sells ad space: a real ad-sales lane with the sizes, the artwork proofs, the approvals, and the payments in one flow. Shipped
One roster the coach and the booster-club adviser already share
The players, the cheer and band members, and their families are one list — the same permission spine the rest of the platform runs on. A parent’s photo choice, a contact preference, or a records rule is set once and honored everywhere, so the coach, the adviser, and the booster club are never working from three different spreadsheets that disagree. When a player moves up a level, or a family updates a consent, it changes in one place and every screen reflects it. Shipped
The season, from roster day to senior night
A season is a stack of moments, and each one is a page or a photo the program has to capture, organize, and eventually get into a family’s hands. Here is where each one lands today.
Roster & team photo day
Team, squad, and individual portraits are shot and organized against the roster on photo day — tied to a jersey number and a name so nothing is orphaned later. The same flow runs whether it is the football team, the cheer squad, or the marching band. Shipped
Action galleries, tied to the roster
The season’s action shots are collected and matched back to the players, so a photo is filed under the athlete it shows — ready to drop into the book, and staged for the family storefront when it turns on for your program. Shipped
Senior night & the banner
Build the senior-night recognition spread and the banner-unveiling page in the book builder — the athlete’s years in the program, the portrait, and the tribute — then publish it to the school’s book or a team book of your own. Shipped
Selling the photos to families — in early access
A storefront where families buy the team and action photos directly — with the school’s share paid out automatically once the payout account is connected — is in early access. It turns on per program, so we are not promising live family checkout on every team today, and we tell a coach that plainly rather than demo a checkout that is not on yet. A photo is offered for sale only when a family’s permission allows it. Family photo storefront in early access

We’re honest about what’s shipped
The team’s yearbook pages, the picture-day pipeline with facial recognition off by default and a photo sold only when permission allows, the fundraising lane where the whole gift goes to the school, and program-ad and sponsor sales are live today. The family photo storefront — and the automatic payout of the school’s share that rides on it — is in early access, turning on per program once payout accounts are set up. We tell you which is which rather than blur the line.
